It is believed that the feet and hands are like maps of the body and by gently applying pressure to certain parts, called reflexes, it helps to clear any blockages in energy, bringing about balance and harmony with increasing wellbeing. It offers support to a wide range of conditions including:

  • Anxiety/depression
  • Helps boost the immune system

 

Aromareflex (approx. 60 mins)

Bring aromatherapy and reflexology together. A bespoke blend of essential oils is carefully chosen just for you and added to a base cream ready for your reflexology treatment. Essential oils have many therapeutic properties such as relaxing, refreshing, anti-inflammatory, analgesic etc., and the right ones are picked just for you. The best bit, is that you get to take the remaining blend home with you to use in-between appointments!!

 

Bliss Mix (approx. 60 mins)

60 minutes of absolute heaven! A bespoke blend of essential oils are chosen especially for you and used to massage away any tension in your back, neck and shoulders, followed by reflexology on your feet leaving you feeling like you're floating. Bliss!!

 

Reiki (approx. 40 mins)

Based on the ancient Usui Reiki principles, gentle healing energy flows down from Source for your body to use for healing. Hands are gentle laid on or just hover above your body. Some feel a subtle warmth, some cold, some feel nothing at all - the same powerful energy flows. No spiritual beliefs are necessary - the energy will flow all the same. Namaste.

 

R&R - Reflex & Reiki (approx. 60 mins)

The perfect R&R - Reflexology & Reiki! A divine treatment combining these two powerful therapies. 

 

Aromatherapy Back, Neck, Shoulder Massage (approx. 30 mins)

A soothing back, neck and shoulder massage helping to release any tension in tight muscles. Together, we create a bespoke blend of essential oils to use in the massage.

 

Aroma-stick

Aroma-sticks are inhalers with essential oils. The bespoke blend is uniquely created just for you and the inhaler can be used at anytime and anywhere, simply by unscrewing the lid and wafting it under your nose. Great for anxiety, panic attacks, nausea, fatigue, headaches, insomnia, lack of focus, exam nerves, etc. Can be posted for a small charge.
